Phlegm stickin’ it to Shoreditch!

See what i did with that title there? Me=clever.
Anyway, I kept hearing ’round the grapevine about this new piece by prolific street artist Phlegm that had just gone up in London, so that very same night I ventured out to the Shoreditch area, specifically Holywell Lane, to photograph the new mural in all it’s warm glowing, warming-glow.

it’s creepy and haunting and disturbing, but also beautifully quiet, serene, and emotive.

no flash.

Then of course I came back the next day to get it in a little daylight.

This is an old Phlegm that’s around the corner from Old Street tube, but I thought I’d throw it in there for good measure.

  2. Have you got shots of the other two pieces that he painted in Shoreditch this year? If not I will look forward to seeing them in future posts… 😉
