#C215’s Hydro-Electricity in Paris

Like most of my street art finds, I found this C215 piece on a hydro-electric box by accident whilst cruising on a Vélib. I love those little discoveries Paris affords.

#C215 in Berlin

I’m pretty ashamed. I have wandered up and down Skaltizer Strasse near Kottbusser Tor probably a bajillion times, but I only recently found these two C215 pieces there. What am I, blind?

Jeeeeez.

And not too far from the last C215 piece I found…

They were only a few doors down from each other too.

Get it together Estima.

Berlin Street Art: I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way

A street art photographer-blogger like me always dreams of photographing the work of Os Gêmeos, and even though I have travelled the world over, I have never been fortunate enough to find the Brazillian brothers’ works! UNTIL NOW!

Os Gêmeos BABY!

This Moonman, located near Kottbusser Tor, is by Ash.

The Pink Man, near Oberbaumbrucke, is by BLU.

These two massive murals on Schlesische strasse are also by BLU.

I’m pretty sure this is by Miss Van. It was near the East Side Gallery.

Is that my beloved Vhils? Why yes it is!

My beloved C215 and his signature kitty-cat.

Is is a peace sign, a high-five, or a fuck you?
What we do know is that it’s by Case Maclaim

The last time I photographed Miss Me was in Montreal! Had no idea she’d been here!

It’s my beloved Jimmy C aka James Cochran!

Jimmy’s heart (obstructed by some idiot’s fat head).

And Jimmy’s lovely tribute to Anne Frank.

And my beloved Stik! (Yes they’re all my beloved…. WHAT OF IT?)

More Stik behind bars.

And Stik behind trees!

Ain’t that the fricken truth.

Bending Berlin Baby! And it’s a picture of Bender from Futurama! Space Invader has a version of this in Brussels, which I photographed last year, check it out! This is by street artist ambush and you should check out his website!

Aw, shucks.

That’s good advice, you guys.

Well if it isn’t my old Cologne-pal Decycle. I photographed this exact same piece over in that forsaken city, but glad to see he’s taking up a much more civilized and cosmopolitain area.

Jessica Rabbit. “I’m not bad, I’m just drawn that way.”

#C215 and #Invader pieces in London that are probably old but I just found them

How did I not see this before?!!!

I walk down this area of Shoreditch all the time! SORRY C215!

Check out my C215 category for more of his work I’ve photographed around the world.

Now this Space Invader is clearly old as it’s chipping away. The fact that I missed this consistently is THE MOST EMBARRASSING because it’s on Curtain Road RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAFE FIX 126 which I go to ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Literally, I am a regular at Fix 126 and I have a loyalty card and everything. So clearly, I have been walking by this Invader for YEARS and never noticed it. WHAT THE HELL, CHRISTINE.

See those people sitting on the benches next to the sandwich board? yeah, that’s Fix 126.

I really should hang my head in shame.

C215, Space Invader, and Curtis Kulig in #Amsterdam!

First, my beloved C215. I found all of these just by cycling around Amsterdam and keeping my eyes open. Always remember to keep your heads up, munchkins! There is so much wonderful art in your city and you’re missing it!

Now some Space Invader! So technically, I photographed this piece last year, but it was a crappy shot with my iPad, so I found it again and photographed it properly. I was shocked how I found it again, this is literally buried within a series of winding and interlocking streets in a community-housing project. I wasn’t looking to find it again, I just stumbled upon it, and was like NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY!

See it?

This was on Overtoom. I was lucky to spot this, because I was bombing north on my bike, going really fast and not paying attention to walls, I just happened to look up. ALWAYS LOOK UP!

This Invader looks like he’s wearing a mask!

I think this was on Bloemenstraat near the Prisengracht.

Finally some Curtis Kulig. YES CURTIS, I SWEAR I LOVE YOUUUUUUUU.

Curtis AND an A.S.V.P.! Lucky day!

Phlegm’s The Bestiary and C215’s Back to Black!

I’m off to Amsterdam for two sensational weeks, including my birfday (I’m turning 33, but I’m still technically younger than Jesus)!! Let me know if any of you munchkins will be in the area.

WE CAN CALL OURSELVES THE UNDUTCHABLES.

Think about it.

Anyhoo, I recently visited the gallery exhibitions of two of my favourite street artists. Phlegm and C215. This is really some gorgeous work in London right now, and the exhibitions are FREE FREE FREE so please check them out before they’re gone!

First, Phlegms “The Bestiary.”

Check out my Phlegm category for more of his work that I’ve photographed!

And now, C215’s “Back to Black!”

Use the force, Luke . . . I’ve run out of lubricant.

I think this one is my favourite.

See you in Amsterdam, munchkins! TIME FOR SOME AMSTERDAMMAGE.
